Here is the fun wall decoration in the classroom for Halloween!

This week

We have a busy 4 day school week ahead of us. Our school Book Fair is this week! Stop by and check out our great selection! We also have our Fall Featival this week. Wednesday for the two day class and Thursday for the three day class. It is also Grandparents/Special Person Day. We will also be studying the letter E this week and some Science exploration. In Math, we are currently studying counting and 1 to 1 correspondence, pointing to and counting a set of objects. Come back later this week for more pictures and surprises!

The most sincere pumpkin patch!

I finished the bulletin outside the classroom. To create the board, I needed some help from my students and their parents. For one of our parent/child at home activities, the parents and their child decorated a pumpkin orange, but had to be creative. The results were fantastic! Thank you to all of the parents for participating! The display looks wonderful! We also have a visitor to the patch. Linus showed up to wait for the Great Pumpkin! He must think our patch is the most sincere pumpkin patch!

Baby Dinosaurs!

To end our studies about the letter D, we read stories about dinosaurs and made a baby dinosaur hatching from an egg. They turned out super cute and the students loved "cracking" open the eggs!

Monday and Tuesday, we decorated the letter D with dinosaur punch outs and for paints.
