Give me 5!

We started using this whole body listening strategy. I say “Give me 5!” or hold up five fingers and the students need to cross cross their legs, put hands in their lap, listen with their ears, watch with their eyes and keep their voices quiet. We use this during circle time and story time.

Here are pictures from this week. The 2 day class made the rocket ship name projects and sponge painted leaves. The three day class did spin art using salad stunners and made really neat leaves.
