"Big Pumpkin"

Today we listened to  the story " Big Pumpkin" by Erica Silverman.  The book on tape is on Youtube.  As I showed the pages to the students, I turned the pages.  We talked about the sequence of the characters in the story and what we had to do every time we heard the beep.  The students really enjoyed the story and asked for more!  At the end of the day, we watched "Don't let the Pigeon Drive the Bus" the same way.  You can find both of the links to the animated books under the books tab, plus many more books and more to come!
